WHAT IF I AM ALREADY A MEMBER ON THE OLD SITE?
- Unfortunately, your old login will not work on the new site. You will need to Register (on the Login page) to create an account on the new system. Once you do that go to the Store to choose your membership plan and enter your payment information (this didn't transfer either). Once you have done this send an email to ruth@faiththatspeaks.com and ask her to cancel your old membership. If you run into any problems getting signed up/switched over, reach out to carrie@faiththatspeaks.com.
HOW DO I JOIN?
HOW DO I FIND THE FTS EXCLUSIVE FACEBOOK GROUP?
- Click on "Blog" and look for the "Facebook Group" link toward the bottom of the most recent "Welcome/All Things [name of this month]" post. You must fill out a form there in our members only area to be admitted.
- If you can not see content in the Blog, your membership may have expired.
I NEED INFORMATION ABOUT MY SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNT: Click on Account in the Store then "Subscriptions" for your current status.
WHERE DO I GO ONCE I'VE JOINED? Once you purchase your membership, someone from our team will need to activate your account on our end. After that is done and you are ready to find things go to "This Month." On this page you will find information about what we are studying for the month and links to the community/living room, and blog. There is always an All Things/Welcome post at the beginning of each month in the blog with a message from Heidi, the Zoom link and link/passwords for the Zoom replays.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY PROFILE PICTURE?
- Click on your username in the top right corner and select Settings. You'll find the option in there to edit your profile and profile pic!
